One of my favorite talks at apt he agile2010 conference was Henriks talk in scrum v kanban his content and presentation style was rocking.
It got me talking that there is probably a dam good hybrid model that sits between the both and it would be useful to have a decision matrix to help people decided to pick which parts from each approach.
So that’s what i am going to start work on, I am on the first step of this process and will keep this blog updated.
